In addition, we sell boxes that are made specifically for the storage and transportation of records. The majority of records are stored in 1.2 cubic foot boxes or 2.4 cubic foot boxes. These sizes are designed for maximum utilization of space as well as ease in handling. OSHA recommends the usage of 1.2 cubic foot containers. Clients are welcome to submit their own boxes for storage provided that they are in average condition. top ^ How are my records stored?Client's records are stored on industrial-strength steel racking to maximize space. Every record that is in FileVault's archive has a barcode and can be retrieved in an orderly manner. top ^ Do you have pickup and delivery service?Filing Source is a full-service records center that can accommodate all of your pickup/delivery requirements. Same day, next day and rush services are available 24/7/365! top ^ How fast can we get our records and will you retrieve them for us?Same day delivery service is available for items requested before 11:00 a.m. at your regular rate. Requests made after 11:00 a.m. will be delivered the morning of the next business day. In addition, we can set specific days for your delivery schedule (e.g. weekly, monthly, or quarterly. top ^ Will my records be safe?Security of your records is FileVaults top priority. FileVault has perimeter fencing, security cameras, and controlled access to the building. In addition, it would take 50 years of storage to equal the cost of digital imaging. Today digital imaging becomes even a greater challenge for clients because of the rapidly changing technology. Once you’ve made the investment, technology can change right under you, making it difficult to retrieve copies of your documents.
