Founded as Tab of Northeast Florida in July 1980, Filing Source is one of the largest document management companies in the United States. The Company provides product and service solutions for paper, microfilm and microfiche, magnetic media, and electronic documents in either client commercial, office or warehouse locations or at our off-site storage facility.

Filing Source, Inc. is located in a 108,000 square foot building complex distributed over a 7½-acre campus.

Filing Source, Inc. is a multi-division full-service company offering a variety of products and services in the document management field, warehouse material handling applications, photo ID badge products and hard copy off-site storage. Corporate services provide installations as well as product education and file conversions.

Filing Source personnel have performed major projects throughout the United States and have coordinated multi-phased projects for Fortune 500 clients.

Imaging Source
Imaging Source was established to facilitate high volume document conversion. Our document conversion service utilizes high volume output equipment and our staff is trained in the methodologies of scanning and storing electronic media.

Imaging Source offers a full range of document and information conversion services. Our solutions are vendor independent and we interface with almost every imaging and software platform available.

We help our customers solve critical business problems by developing cost effective solutions for the digital scanning and indexing of large concentrations of paper and microfilm. By outsourcing functions, such as scanning and data capture operations to Imaging Source, clients are able to focus attention on their core business competencies.

Shredding Source
Shredding Source was established to provide secure destruction of valuable business information. When combined with out Filing Source and Imaging Source Divisions, Shredding Source is able to provide our customers total document life cycle management. We stress security and service when handling our customers’ information.
